Experience the joy of live music with the Lynchburg Pops Community Band. Made up of musicians from throughout the Lynchburg area, Lynchburg Pops brings people together through entertaining concerts, familiar favorites, timeless classics, and the shared experience of making music.

Vocalists are musicians, too!
The Lynchburg Pops Singers join the band for selected concerts throughout the year. Instead of meeting every Thursday year-round, singers generally begin rehearsing several weeks before a performance that includes choral music.
Rehearsals are held on Thursday evenings in the chorus room at Heritage High School.
Singers receive sheet music and, when available, practice recordings or videos to help them prepare. Members are encouraged to attend as many scheduled rehearsals as possible.
You are welcome to come experience the music and community without feeling pressured to make a long-term commitment immediately.
